How do I get the best results?

For best results, slowly dissolve the probiotic lozenge on the tongue 1-2 times a day. Do not chew or swallow whole. Safe to take up to 4 lozenges a day.

What is the best time to take ThroatHealth?

For optimal results during the day, it is best not to eat or drink at least 30 minutes after taking the lozenge. You can take your daily lozenges whenever is most suitable. At night we recommend taking the lozenge/ lozenges after brushing your teeth.

How should I store ThroatHealth?

Keep out of reach of children unless under adult supervision.

We recommend storing BLIS Probiotics below 77°F. They are shelf stable so they do not need to go into the fridge.

Use as directed. If pregnant, lactating, taking prescription medication or if you have an immune-compromised condition, seek your physician’s advice before use. If problems arise see your healthcare professional.

Recommended for ages 4 and over.
