How do I get the best results?

For best results, slowly dissolve the probiotic lozenge on the tongue 1-2 times a day. Do not chew or swallow whole. Safe to take up to 4 lozenges a day.

When is the best time to use?

For optimal results we recommend taking BLIS Probiotics Teeth&Gums at night, after your usual dental routine, and the last step before bed. You can take it during the day too, but it is best not to eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after taking the lozenge.

Where should I store Teeth&Gums?

We recommend storing BLIS Probiotics below 77°F. They are shelf stable so they do not need to go in the fridge.

Use as directed. If pregnant, lactating, taking prescription medication or if you have an immune-compromised condition, seek your physician’s advice before use.
